In those cases we would ask that you introduce them directly to us as “one of your Associates.”

It works best when you explain that we are an extension of YOUR SERVICES, and they we work for you – on behalf of your clients.

HELP THEM LEARN MORE

Most will need to “learn more about it” and you will have many ways to help them get the information.  

We never use “Sales Techniques” to “Close” them.  ( I hate that, and so do they)

Rather, we create opportunities for them to ask for help, and in every case, you are notified that your client is proceeding forward.

THE DIRECT PATH

  1. Introduction from you
  2. 25 Minute “Fit” meeting to learn what they are concerned about
  3. Value Builder Questionnaire to begin learning whether they are “serious” and have a real opportunity
  4. We analyze the results focusing on the 2 or 3 areas where immediate results can be seen
  5. 2 hour meeting with the client (complementary) to review the results looking at how to immediately find additional profit in the business as well as discussing various strategies to enhance the “Multiple” of value of the business.
  6. If the client decides to engage with us, they proceed to the “Discovery Phase” (see image below)
